There is a slew of content missing for me right now, the issue started yesterday when I signed in and was doing Wq’s, everything was going fine but than I randomly Dced from the game, when I logged back in there was a random amount of NPCs/content missing (Flight masters, vendors, killable NPC’s for world quests etc. 27 Champions of Azeroth Magni Bronzebeard Magni's Encampment /way Zuldazar 71. The other faction work order quests definitely give you credit towards the daily emissary.
